SHOES - Studded Slip-ons by Steve Madden

 

Cinderella had her glass slippers, Dorothy had her ruby slippers... me? I've got this pair of studded, silver, sparkling slippers from Steve Madden at Sarenza. Wow, that's enough 'S' repetition to make that sentence a fashionable tongue-twister.

I've seen loads of people wearing this style of slip-on shoe - they've definitely become a must-have, at least in London. I've seen studded ones, but, not one to shy away from a statement shoe, I decided to order these seriously bling-tastic shoes as part of my partnership with Sarenza. I wore them into the office with a plain black outfit accessorised with silver jewellery and got plenty of compliments.

This style has followed the pyjama trend that was so hot on the catwalk, but I won't be saving these for bedtime. Shoes like this need to be shown off, and these will definitely become my perfect party flats - for when I can't face heels.
