Tomorrow I'll be beginning a 6 day trial of the Nosh ABC plan. It's a diet that is not heavily focused on gimmicks but uses genuinely healthy meals and snacks. Everything you need is delivered to your door in the evening all ready for the following day which makes it really convenient. This particular plan costs 38.95 per day + P&P which is quite expensive, but ideal for that extra boost when you really need it.
I don't tend to eat healthily enough do to a very busy schedule, which makes me the perfect candidate for this diet. I want to see how hard it is to stick to, whether I feel rubbish while I'm doing it and of course how much I can lose. It's the sort of thing that looks like a great idea as a kick start every six months or so, and if it works I might do it again in future.
Sample Menu: Days 1-3 (liquid until 4pm)

Good luck, I can't wait to read all about it. It will be interesting to figure out if the diet is possible to recreate yourself. £38 per day is a lot of money for most people.
Will be interested to see how this goes - I may follow myself if your report is good!
@ Viviana - anyone who isn't as lazy as me could probably work out their own plan with fresh shakes, smoothies and soups. For those who don't have time to do all the prep, then the idea of someone else doing it for them would probably appeal. We'll soon find out...
Hummm its look so yummy and i cant wait more for preparing it thanks for sharing its recipe.
I look forward to seeing how you get on. Though at £38 a day I doubt I'll be trying it. That's about my food budget for a month!
Good luck can't wait to find out how it goes - I think if you need to focus on diet then not having to prepare food is a big plus - the cost is expensive to some extent but you'll let us know if it is worth it!
