TIP - Leg Lengthening Shoe tricks

I am pretty short myself (5'3'') and can always do with looking taller (and narrower).

We all know that heels will make short legs look longer, but beige shoes will make them look longer still. They appear to blend into the leg and you will probably have noticed lots of celebs wearing their flesh toned platforms on the red carpet. Try these out for size...

The best type of shoe for longer looking legs are slingbacks or courts. Avoid anything with an ankle strap as this will cut the leg at the ankle and make it appear shorter. T-bars and Mary Janes are also out, as nice as they are. The closer the edge of the shoe to the toe the better, as long as you don't mind a little bit of toe cleavage!
