PRODUCT OF THE WEEK - Papaya
How about a fruit that is full of vitimin C and anti-oxidents? Papaya is a high fibre food and just one slice will count as one of your five a day. Of course, it is low in fat too and can even help digest proteins. If eating it raw, squeeze some lime over for a refreshing treat. If you are more adventurous try it with salads, hot desserts and even as a marinade or chutney.
